Employee Records of Confidentiality, Retention, and Destruction Policy

Noorda-COM ensures that all Faculty, Staff, and Credentialed Instructional Staff records and documents are adequately protected, maintained, and appropriately discarded when permitted.

The information listed in the Retention Schedule is intended as a guideline and may not identify all the records the COM may be required to keep in the future. Questions regarding the retention of documents not listed in this chart should be directed to the Director of Human Resources.
