The Noorda-COM Store

Our store offers a variety of apparel, including tops, bottoms, outwear, and accessories. Make a purchase and show your support of the college; 10% of all sales go to student scholarships! Scroll down to learn more about our manufacturer or read through our frequently asked questions.

When will my order arrive?

Because of manufacturing limits, our seller fulfills orders during a limited time frame. If you want to get your order quickly, make sure to place it before the 15th of every month. (Your order will be shipped by the 1st of the following month.) Orders placed after the 15th will ship during the next “cycle”. (For example, an order placed on November 17th will not be shipped until January 1st.)

You can also fill out a form through the “Need Help?” button (in the footer of the store’s page) to receive a tracking number for your order.

Can I make an exchange for a different size?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges; our manufacturer has limited supplies. All items are made-to-order.

Can I return an order?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns. Our manufacturer has limited supplies and can’t accept returns or exchanges. However, most of our products have a sizing chart that you can reference. (The sizing chart can be found by selecting an item, scrolling down to the “Size” selection, and clicking “Size Chart”.)

Do I have to pay for shipping?

It depends on where you want your order to be shipped! Products can be shipped anywhere in the continental U.S. (for a fee) or to Noorda-COM campus, for free.

Can I cancel my order?

We can’t guarantee a refund, but if you call within 24 hours of placing an order and during a non-processing time period (the 3rd and 4th week of the month), we might be able to cancel your order. However, due to manufacturing limitations, our store seller typically cannot cancel orders.

Where and who can I send my order to?

Orders can be sent to Noorda-COM campus for free. If you’d like to send an order to your home or another residence (within the continental U.S.), a shipping fee will be applied to your order.

When is the store open?

Our store is open 24/7, 365 days a year. (In the past, it was open for a couple months every season.) However, our manufacturer only fulfills orders during the last two weeks of the month. Our shipping process may be slower than you expect, please reference the FAQ entitled “When will my order arrive?” to familiarize yourself with our shipping timelines.

Who runs this store?

The Office of Institutional Advancement manages the Noorda-COM Merchandise Store. They design special edition items, edit product descriptions, and help with orders shipped to campus. (They also choose what appears on the storefront.) Our manufacturer is a local business, 1122 Apparel.

Are there any stores or sellers separate from this store?

This is the only Noorda-COM-run store. (In the past, there was a separate employee store, but it was permanently combined with this store.) Noorda-COM employees occasionally create t-shirts or other apparel for events via online stores, but those manufacturers aren’t affiliated with or overseen by Noorda-COM.

Where is my money going?

10% of all purchases will go into the Noorda-COM student scholarship fund. (The rest of the proceeds are retained by our manufacturer, who handles the purchase, printing, and fulfillment of all orders.)

Do store items change?

Our store is stocked with basic items for all seasons. However, we occasionally add seasonal or “special edition” items.

Do you take custom orders?

Currently, our store does not have the manufacturing capacity to make custom orders. However, if you’d like to see a certain brand in our store, then send a suggestion to the Office of Advancement!
